The Credit Markets One Year Later: Are We Back to Business as Usual?
It would appear that an economic recovery is underway. This panel discussion will explore the extent to which the credit markets for venture capital and private equity firms have re-opened. We will hear from the various perspectives of those who negotiate and place debt on portfolio companies: general partner, legal and banker as well as the limited partner viewpoint.
