Jessica Barry Reed, Vice President - Alta Communications

Jessica Reed is a Vice President at Alta Communications, a Boston-based private equity firm specializing in equity investments in media and communications companies. She focuses on investing in companies in the broadcasting, alternative media, outdoor advertising, healthcare publishing, and telecommunication services sectors. Prior to joining Alta, Jessica worked in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. where she focused on sell-side advisory for mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies participating in various industries, including telecommunications, building products, consumer products, and business services. Jessica also dedicates her time to mentoring young women as are part of the Year Up program, whose mission is to close the opportunity divide for young urban adults through a one-year intensive training program. Jessica received her B.S. in business from Babson College with a concentration in finance.

Catherine Bennett, Associate - Advent International


Catherine Bennett is an investment professional with Advent International specializing in the retail and consumer sector.  Prior to joining Advent in 2008, she worked at Deutsche Bank in New York as an investment banking analyst.  She received her B.S. summa cum laude, in Finance with a minor in Art History from Boston College.


Beverly Berman, Director - THL

Ms. Berman is a Director in the Firm's Investor Relations Group. Prior to joining THL, Ms. Berman was a partner at Advent International responsible for LP Services and fund marketing activities in North America. Ms. Berman has also held positions on the buyside as a director in Credit Suisse First Boston's Customized Fund Investment Group and a portfolio manager of alternative investments for the Public Employees' Retirement Association of Colorado. Prior to Colorado PERA, Ms. Berman was a healthcare analyst for Hanifen Imhoff, a Denver-based investment bank and she began her career at ITOCHU International, one of the largest Japanese trading conglomerates, in corporate business development.

Ms. Berman holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. in economics and international relations from the University of Colorado.

Cheryl Carner
- Crystal Financial

Ms. Carner has over 15 years of experience in lending to the retail, restaurant, apparel and consumer sectors covering a wide range of companies across all segments of the industry. Ms. Carner joined CapitalSource in 2004 and during her tenure has sourced and underwritten in excess of $1.0B of commitments in over 3 dozen unique transactions. CapitalSource's Leverage Finance Group provides various types of senior debt capital to middle market companies (with EBITDA of $5.0MM to $40.0MM). These transactions support the financing needs of private equity sponsors in acquisitions, buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings.

Previously, she spent 8 years with Fleet Retail Finance Group with her last position as Managing Director of Business Development. In this role, she originated, sttructured and closed ABL transactions designed for working capital requirements, restructureings or recapitalizations. She also held positions in due diligence, collateral valuation and marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Fleet Retail Group, Ms. Carner worked directly in the retail industry where she held various merchandising positions for both Marshalls and T.J. Maxx. She is an active member of the ACG, TMA and CFA. Due to her industry expertise, Ms. Carner is often quoted in industry publications such as Chain Store Age, Restaurant Finance Monitor and Women's Wear Daily. She was featured in ACG's Mergers & Acquisitions publication in the article "Women of the Middle Market", December 2007.


Ms. Carner received her MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College and her BBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.


Darlene DeRemer, Partner and Executive Committee Member - Grail Partners LLC

Darlene DeRemer joined Donald H. Putnam in founding Grail Partners LLC in 2005. In addition to heading up the Boston office, Darlene is the senior banker focusing on the mutual fund industry worldwide, and has advised clients in a wide range of strategic transactions. Grail is an advisory merchant bank serving the investment management industry from offices in Boston, New York and California. Grail partners have worked on over 100 strategic transactions involving asset management businesses over two decades.

Prior to becoming an investment banker at Putnam Lovell NBF in 2003, Ms DeRemer was for twenty five years a leading advisor to the financial services industry, specializing in strategic marketing, planning, product design and the implementation of innovative service strategies. Her work on outsourcing and use of technology has transformed her fund company clients. She has participated in numerous fund company asset management restructuring transactions.

Since shifting to investment banking full time, Darlene has led or participated in a score of advisory transactions. Her current clients include sale and purchase mandates for institutional and mutual fund managers in the US, as well as restructuring assignments for alternative investment firms that seek to tap the public markets in the US and abroad.

Darlene ran NewRiver's eBusiness Advisory unit for four years, until 2003, prior to which she operated her own strategy firm in asset management, DeRemer + Associates. DeRemer & Associates was the first consultancy focused on the U.S. mutual fund industry.

From 1985 to 1987 Darlene was Vice President and Director in the Asset Management Division of State Street Bank & Trust Company (now State Street Global Advisors) where she managed the $4 billion Pension Real Estate Department and developed Marketing Communications and Client Service programs. Before joining State Street, Darlene was a Vice President at T. Rowe Price & Associates from 1982 - 1985. Darlene's career started in strategic planning, at Tiger International and its subsidiary, Flying Tiger Airlines.

Darlene has served on the Congressional task force which was instrumental in the passage of the Pension Portable Act of 1998 and she provided testimony to the U.S. General Accounting Office's 2000 Mutual Fund Fee and Expense Study. She also served on the Independent Director's Council taskforce for oversight of fund service providers' whitepapers.

Darlene earned a BS in finance and marketing in 1977 summa cum laude and MBA degree in 1979 with distinction from Syracuse University. She graduated Beta Gamma Sigma (Phi Beta Kappa analogous).

Heather Dickinson, Director, Deloitte & Touche LLP

Heather Dickinson is an Audit Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has over fourteen years of experience serving private and public companies, primarily in the manufacturing, software, technology and telecommunications sectors. Heather has over seven years dedicated to working with venture backed early stage and emerging technology companies, out of Deloitte & Touche LLP's, Tech-Venture Center (TVC) in Waltham, Massachusetts. The TVC is Deloitte's focused venture capital company practice that provides accounting, audit, tax and consulting expertise to early-stage and emerging technology and life science companies in New England. The TVC provides a professional support center to provide a virtual network for early-stage companies service needs by working closely with other service providers in the legal, banking, insurance and other related industries to provide support to venture capital backed companies. Heather works with her clients to bring them insight and guidance on technical and industry related matters. She has significant experience in the areas of private and public company reporting, revenue recognition, complex equity instruments, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.


Heather received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Susan Gillick - Standish Management

Susan is a Partner at Standish Management, a fund administration firm that provides consulting, technology, and outsourced accounting services to managers of private equity, venture capital and fund-of-funds firms. After spending ten years in the Bay Area, she moved to Boston in 2009 to join Standish and lead its effort to expand its operations to the east coast. Susan has extensive private equity and operations experience serving most recently as the Controller of Elevation Partners and Fox Paine & Company, both Silicon Valley-based private equity funds. Susan is originally from New York and spent four years as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manhattan.


Susan earned an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs.

Jennifer L. Morales, Managing Partner of Consulting Services, Tatum


Jennifer L. Morales is Managing Partner of Consulting Services for Tatum's New England practice. In this role she leads a team of professionals in assisting Tatum's clients with addressing stategic and operational challenges such as IPO readiness, liquidity, raising capital, planning and transaction support. Tatum is the nation's largest executive services firm, with 10 offices nationwide. Tatum helps top executives in the C-suite resolve strategic, financial and technology challenges, with particular focus supporting the Office of the CFO.

Prior to joining Tatum, Jennifer spent 5 years at Eaton Vance Corporation serving in multiple capacities including Assistant Vice President of Institutional Relationship Management and Manager of Internal Controls. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Ms. Morales was a Manager at PwC specializing in their financial services practice which included banks, broker dealers, insurance companies and asset managers in their assurane and business advisory practice. Morales is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University. She currently serves on the Board of Overseers for the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and is an active member in the community.

Meagan Nichols, Private Equity Specialist Consultant- Cambridge Associates

Meagan Nichols is a Private Equity Specialist Consultant at Cambridge Associates. She is responsible for advising foundations, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and private families on investments in global private equity and private real assets and leads the firm's effort with regard to non-marketable secondary transactions. Previously, Meagan was in the Private Wealth Management division of Morgan Stanley. She spent four years at myCFO Investment Advisory Services as as equity trader and most recently, as the head of the Capital Markets division. While at myCFO, Meagan created and managed the firm's Venture Capital management platform as well as sat on the Alternative Assets Committee and oversaw the investment program for the myCFO Foundation. She began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco.

Meagan graduated from Providence College, and received an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is a co-founder and currently sits on the Board of Directors of DEN Boston, an entrepreneur-focused non-profit for Dartmouth alumni, and on the Boston Steering Committee for Women's Association of Venture and Equity ("WAVE"). Meagan also serves on the Advisory Board for the Women in Business organization at Tuck and actively coordinates alumni giving.

Stephanie Paré Sullivan, General Counsel and CCO - THL Credit Advisors LLC

Stephanie
Paré Sullivan is Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of THL Credit, Inc. THL Credit, Inc. is a publicly-traded business development company that makes investments in privately negotiated debt and equity securities of middle market companies, providing capital for growth, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and acquistions. Previously, Ms. Sullivan was a partner in the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and the representation of early- and later-stage growth companies. She was also active in the firm's mentoring and pro bono activities. Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. from Williams College and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Amara joined TA Associates in 2010 from Morgan Stanley, wheer she worked in the investment Banking Division, Global Power & Utilities group. She received an AB degree, Phi Beta Kapp, magna cum laude, in Economics, from Princeton University.


Annette O. Vaughan, Principal - Stonebridge Associates, LLC

Prior to joining Stonebridge Associates, Ms. Vaughan received her M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College where she was named an F.W. Olin Fellow. Previously she was Legislative Director for New Hampshire Congressman Charles F. Bass in the U.S. House of Representatives and a Summer Associate at Fidelity Ventures. Ms. Vaughan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.

Darshana Zaveri,
Principal - Catalyst Health Ventures

Darshana Zaveri is a Principal at Catalyst Health Ventures, an early stage healthcare focused venture fund based in Boston, MA. Darshana joined Catalyst as an associate in 2006 and was promoted to Principal in 2009. At Catalyst her primary focus is on deal sourcing, execution and portfolio support. Darshana led her firm’s involvement in Hepragen Inc., serves as an observer on the board of Allegro Diagnostics, and works closely with portfolio company Vortex. Prior to Catalyst, she was an investigator within the cell biology group at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where she worked on several drug development programs in oncology, metabolic disease, and immunology. Her professional experience also includes work at Genome Therapeutics Corporation and at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Darshana has interned at the United Nations as well as at Innovest Strategic Advisory Services and has authored several publications in scientific journals.
Darshana received a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F Kennedy School of Government and a Masters in Molecular Biology from Boston University.

Mona Aboelnaga Kanaan, President and CEO - Proctor Investment Managers LLC

With over 15 years of experience in the private equity investment and investment banking fields, Mona oversees Proctor's strategic development, acquisition program and international distribution strategy. Before co-founding Proctor, Mona was a founding partner of Overture Asset Managers, LLC. In her role as Senior Managing Director and Head of Strategic Development and Acquistions for Overture, Mona spearheaded acquistions and partnership agreements with affiliate and partnership firms. Previously, Mona was a Senior Vice President at Communicatins Equity Associates where she worked on expanding the firm's private equity business as well as investing in and launching new businesses. Prior to joining CEA, Mona was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Siguler Guff & Company, a NY-based diversified private equity firm with over $3 billion under management. Previously , Mona held various positions at PaineWebber Investment Banking in the Leveraged Transactions and Financial Institutions Groups. Mona began her career as a financial analyst at Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management. Mona earned a B.S. in Economics and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Arab Bankers Association of North America, American Near East Refugee Aid and the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding.

Sarah Bradley, Partner - HM Capital Partners


Sarah Bradley recently joined HM Capital Partners in September 2011 as a Partner and brings to HM Capital over 15 years of consumer investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to joining HM Capital, she was previously a Managing Director at Investcorp in their private equity group. Previously, Ms. Bradley was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in New York in the Financial Sponsors Group and Consumer Group, where she was responsible for food and consumer investment banking and middle market private equity coverage. Prior to this, she was a Director in the Global Consumer Group within the investment bank at Citigroup Global Markets. She began her investment banking career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. During her investment banking tenure she worked with HM Capital and other private equity firms on numerous transactions in the food and consumer sector.  Ms. Bradley received a BA in Business Administration
and a MA in Professional Accounting, both from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sarah Breiner - Eaton Partners


Based in Rowayton, Sarah is a member of the project management team focused on the firm’s origination efforts and execution of the various alternative funds marketed by the firm. She has over ten years of experience in financial services, including five years marketing investment products. Most recently, she spent five years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she served as Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager. In this role, Sarah was responsible for raising assets from institutional, private wealth, and third party investors in the firm’s developed and emerging market equities and real estate strategies, totaling over $7.0 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, Sarah worked at JPMorgan Private Bank as Assistant Portfolio Manager where she focused on portfolio management of the firm’s private client accounts. She began her career as an Intern for the Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Program at JPMorgan Chase after receiving a full college scholarship.

Sarah has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.


Sue Cho, Principal - The Wicks Group of Companies

Sue Cho is a Principal of The Wicks Group of Companies where she is involved in the acquisitions, financing, strategy development and operational planning of its investments.

Prior to joining Wicks, Ms. Cho worked in various capacities at The Walt Disney Company, specifically with ABC Inc., the ABC Internet Group, and ESPN.com. Most recently, she served as Director of Broadband Development at ESPN.com, working to distribute the company's Internet content across various cable modem and DSL platforms.

Prior to The Walt Disney Company, she was with the Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, where she focused on equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions for the diversified media, radio and television broadcasting, and cable industries. Prior to graduate school, Ms. Cho worked in the Media and Telecommunications Group at Chase Manhattan Bank on credit financings for the entertainment, radio broadcasting and cable industries.

Sue Cho graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Japanese Studies and received her MBA from Tuck in 1996.

Claudine Cohen,
Senior Manager Advisory Services - Grant Thornton LLP

Ms. Cohen is a Senior Manager in the New York Office Transactions Advisory Services practice. Claudine has over 18 years of professional experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Strategic and Corporate Advisory focusing onMergers and Acquisitions.

Since joining Grant Thornton, Claudine served a number of private equity groups, as well as international, SEC and private companies in the US, in performing Due Diligence and Litigation Support engagements across several industries. Due Diligence engagements have focused on quality of earnings and analyzing an entities revenue and cost structures. Litigation Support
engagements include providing support to law firms in areas surrounding purchase price disputes, expert witness testimony and accounting related matters.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Claudine’s experience included Strategic Advisory, M&A, Capital Raising, Valuations, IPO’s and Project Finance to both public and private companies. She was a founder director of Nucleus Corporate Finance, an advisory boutique ranked in the top ten advisers in Ernst and Young’s annual survey in 2000, in South Africa. Claudine was responsible for sourcing new business opportunities; development of client relationships and transaction execution. She had direct profit/loss accountability ensuring annual revenue targets were met.

Heidi L. Deiner, Principal - HLM Consulting, LLC

After taking some time off to raise her four sons, Ms. Deiner returned to the business world in 2006 and started her own boutique consulting firm, HLM Consulting (HLMC).  HLMC provides business development services, marketing strategies and productive networking solutions to firms in the alternative investment space with a client list that includes 4VCO, Citizens Bank, David N. Deutsch & Company, Murray Devine, QED Financial Systems, and RSM McGladrey. In addition to her consulting practice, Heidi is also the Director of the New York Private Equity CFO Association. Ms. Deiner’s professional associations include The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) where she sits on the ACG NY Board of Directors and is one of the founding members of ACG NJ’s Women of Leadership. She’s also a member of The Women’s Association of Venture & Equity (WAVE) and serves on the NY Steering Committee. Prior to starting her own business, Heidi was a Director of Development and Alumni Relations for her alma mater, The Peddie School, (Hightstown, NJ) where her responsibilities included capital campaign and annual fund raising, managing  alumni and board member events, and cultivating new relationships and board members. She received her BA in Business Administration and Computer Science from Goucher College, Baltimore, MD.

A firm believer in supporting education, Ms. Deiner was President of the Peddie School Alumni Board, a Peddie Annual Fund Chair, and a founding trustee of The Millstone Township Foundation for Excellence in Education. Heidi is a Certified School Business Administrator in the state of NJ and received the Annual Alumni Service Award from the Peddie School in 2001.  She is a former trustee of the Millstone Lacrosse Association and is currently a member of The Women’s Organization of Millstone, the Centra State Hospital Auxiliary, and the Mother’s Club at Christian Brothers Academy where her sons attend high school.  However, Heidi’s boys still think that her biggest accomplishment of all is being inducted into the Peddie School Sports Hall of Fame.

Alice Feng, Vice President - Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC

Alice Feng is a Vice President at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, an investment bank engaged in providing M&A advisory and capital markets services. Ms. Feng has been involved in over $5.3 billion of M&A and financing transactions across various industries, including Healthcare, Consumer and Retail, Industrial and Technology, in her 9 year career in investment banking. Since 2007, she has been focused on working with international middle market companies, mainly in the PRC, and completed over $600 million of transactions for China based companies. She began her career at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst and subsequently spent two years as a consultant for New Century Asiaworld, a restaurant and entertainment business. Ms. Feng graduated from the University of California of Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Busniess Economics, and a minor in Accounting.

Christina Grenga, Vice President Business Development - NCO Group

Christina Grenga, Vice President, Business Development for NCO Financial Investigative Services has a 20 year history in Financial Services with a background including sales and sales managment assignments selling credit related products and services. Accomplished additionally with an underwriting, risk and compliance background and holds a DE Roundtable, is a member of the Hedge Fund Association, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Commercial Finance Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, is a Child Ambassador for World Vision and active with the Lustgarden Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Recently, Christina was Regional Vice President of JPMorgan Chase Home Finance where she developed a region that delivered significant growth over a multi-year period. Christina is a 9-time Chase Leaders Club award winner for sales excellence and a past board meber of the Mortgage Bankers Association. She holds a BS degree in Business from the University of Missouri.

Yue Guan, Vice President - Palladium Equity Partners

Ms. Guan joined Palladium in 2006 as analyst, and now serves as vice president. Previously, she worked as financial analyst in the financial institutions group of Morgan Stanley and the global securities services group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Guan earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in East Asian Studies from the University of California, Marshall School of Business.

Ellen Herman, Senior Managing Director - National Securities

Ellen Herman is a Senior Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department at National Securities Corp,. where she originates middle market M&A and financing transactions (both public and private) in the retail and consumer, food, apparel, business services, energy/services, and technology sectors, identifying $25 to $200 million per transaction in institutional equity and debt capital from family offices, financial sponsors, mezzanine and senior (both traditional and specialty finance) debt financing sources. Prior to joining National, she was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from 1994 to 2008, with the exception of 2003 when she worked at Bearing Point providing strategic and financial advisory services to large cap international companies. At Bear Stearns, where she raised over $18 billion in over 40 transactions, she was a senior banker originating and executing both equity and debt financings (public and private) as well as strategic advisory transactions across industries (consumer, food, apparel, oil and gas, industrial and TMT). She has worked with emerging growth through Fortune 100 publicly traded companies globally and has significant experience with Chinese corporates. Prior to Bear Stearns, she worked for American Appraisal Associates both in New York and Eastern Europe where she was Director of Financial Valuations in Central and Eastern Europe advising state-owned companies being privatized in Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. She received an M.B.A. in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and a B.S. in Accounting from the School of Managment at Binghamton University. Ms. Herman is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.

Andrea Kalliaras, CPA - Rothstein Kass


Andrea Kalliaras is an audit principal at Rothstein Kass, based in the Firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office. Andrea specializes in audit, accounting and business consulting services for private and public entities, providing clients with her technical acumen as well as a holistic understanding of their business.

Andrea has over 15 years experience working with domestic and international private equity funds, fund of funds, and management companies. She has expertise in analyzing clients’ determination of fair value of debt and equity investments for private equity and venture capital funds. In addition, she supports clients with business strategies and internal processes, cash flow and financial forecasting.

Andrea is actively involved in the Firm’s National Best Practices Committee and professional education and development programs, leading in-house experiences and client educational opportunities. Through LIFE, Rothstein Kass’ women’s initiative, Andrea serves as a role model and leading advocate for women in the accounting industry. The LIFE initiative has been widely recognized for its innovation and its success.

Andrea received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Sarah Kim, Principal - Halyard Capital


Ms. Kim joined Halyard as a Principal, Director of Marketing in 2008. Prior to joining Halyard, Ms. Kim was a Managing Director in BMO Capital Markets' Media, Communications & Technology Group where she was responsible for structuring and managing senior debt transactions. Ms. Kim has completed capital raising transactions for a diverse range of public and private companies in sectors that include cable, broadcasting and publishing. She received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University.

Sarah Wimmer Overbay is an investment professional at Freeman Spogli & Company, a New York-based private equity firm dedicated exclusively to investing with management in retail, direct marketing and distribution companies positioned for growth. Prior to joining Freeman Spogli in 2005, Ms. Overbay was an Associate at ACI Capital Co. Inc., a middle market private equity firm. Ms. Overbay began her career at J.P. Morgan & Company in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology, Media & Telecommunications groups.

Ms. Overbay received her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1999, where she was a captain of the National Championship Women’s Squash team.  She received her master's degree in business administration from Harvard University in 2005.  She is the mother of a wonderful son, John Parkin, and enjoys playing squash and golf, volunteering as part of the New York Junior League, and the unfortunately infrequent date nights with her husband, John.

Ms. Schoenfeld was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Alternative Investments Group of Brown Brothers Harriman and Vice President, with responsibilities for institutional investment marketing, product development and operations. Tina Sodhi joined Triago in 2010. Tina is responsible for fundraising in the Americas and has over ten years of experience as a private equity executive. Before joining Triago, Tina spent two years as an independent fundraising agent, handling investor relations and marketing for a wide range of alternative, buyout and venture capital funds. Earlier, she managed The Royal Bank of Scotland's private equity investments in the Americas, monitoring performance, cash flow and fund risk, in addition to making new investments. Tina began her investment career at BNP Paribas, where she helped build the bank's $400 million U.S. private equity protfolio. Barbara Horvath is a Senior Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory Services group of FTI's Corporate Finance practice and is based in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Horvath spent 18 years with Deloitte, including experience as a Partner in Deloitte's Accounting and Auditing and Merger and Acquistion practices. At Deloitte, Ms. Horvath was a government contracting specialist and led an audit team working on a Fortune 500 U.S. government aerospace and defense contractor. Immediately prior to joining FTI, Ms. Horvath was the Chief Financial Officer of ServiceBench, Inc., a venture-backed company and a leading provider of modular Web-based service supply chain management applications for manufacturers.
